C Throw it out because no one here eats yogurt and the fridge is so full of leftovers that no one wants to eat or clean that it physically cannot not fit between the rancid Thai and crumbling pho noodles

Not a yogurt fan but from a sour cream point of view, pour it out.

I pour it out. It’s just water that separated from the emulsion, it’s not a bad thing per se. But I don’t like to mix it in again…

Depends on what I’m doing with it. If it’s something I’m going to be draining anyway, like making a cheese or a thick sauce, or in going to be drying it out, like with a baked yogurt chicken, then I’m gonna pour it out (probably into a jar to save for cooking with), if I’m just having, like, some fruit and yogurt, or making a smoothie, then I’m mixing it back in

Care to explain all these “incorrect” comments? What’s the point of asking a question if you know the (subjective) answer? 🙃

Apologies, I was goofin’. I thought that the question itself was kind of a goof. Will probably delete, I suppose. Didn’t realize everyone took this so seriously.

I guess it depends on if you want the yoghurt to taste like it was intended or if you rather have the taste you get when you subtract whatever portion of the yoghurt you poured out 🤷
