As long as you’re recognizing that: rent payment =/= mortgage payment Home ownership comes with its own costs over and above the mortgage payment for upkeep and repairs which are already inside the rent payment.

As long as you’re recognizing that: rent payment =/= mortgage payment
Home ownership comes with its own costs over and above the mortgage payment for upkeep and repairs which are already inside the rent payment.
