Well Trump can’t do much if they are disbarred and can’t be a lawyer anymore. Keep disbarring them and take away their livelihood amd it would give pause to those still under his power and most likely keep the lawyers from lying in court.

Birthright citizens are those that are born on US soil but their parents weren’t citizens of the US. Naturalized citizens are those that took a test and forsaken their former country’s citizenship to become citizens of the US. Citizens are those that were born on US soil and their parents were also citizens of the US.

Yeah you have to get denied at least twice. I was denied twice, once in a different state. The third time my case manager had us get a lawyer for it and they went to court about it before I got accepted. So yeah it’s bullshit but that is how it was ran before Trump, so I can’t imagine it would have gotten easier under his.
