Not being able to mark a client as web and mobile is confusing. Wefwef is hidden in the web section and doesn’t show up in iOS
Web clients are accessible through web browsers, so they’re listed under the web category, while mobile clients are accessed through mobile devices and are categorized as such. As for wefwef, if it’s a web client, it won’t show up on iOS.

Wefwef is installable as a webapp in iOS. It literally has built in instructions for installing to iOS and was designed to replace Apollo
