      If a reporter won’t go to jail to protect their sources, then they’re not a good reporter imo. That’s like, a huge part of their job.

        They might not even know the source. The Guardian for example has a Tor service to upload them stuff completely anonymously.

        Of course the crooked courts will pretend they’re refusing to comply and jail them anyway to make a show.

          And they become a martyr of the free press. Not a good look for the White House and the Justice System.
