I’ve only suffered mild caffeine overdose and seen only one other person slam 3 monsters and a red bull and had to sit down for like 4hrs…he’s lucky he was a young athletic dude who at the time had the metabolism and kidneys to handle it.
its an awful feeling and my dial was maybe 4/10 and my coworkers like a 8/10 for that …i say this to emphasize the fact that this le.onade had so much caff to kill. neither of us touched caffeine for months after our experiences, it was that bad a feeling.
Overdose on caffeine is like an anxiety attack to me.
I get really shaky and it’s super uncomfortable.
I had to go off caffeine for a while because of a medication, and that break completely destroyed my tolerance. I’ve gotten myself back to 1.5-2 drinks a day without feeling destroyed, but it’s an incredibly unpleasant feeling, totally agree.
