I want to take over a community that is not active.
On other servers there is a way to request this. But I can’t see how on lemmy.world
Anybody know?

The way that always works is to send a message to an admin.
In the case of .world, there are many alternatives that probably work better, though. Matrix and email are probably their preferred channels for this.
You can see those alternatives around halfway along the sidebar on the right, if you go to lemmy.world with a browser. And the admins list is at the very bottom of said sidebar.

Yeah mod because it has no rules, no banner , no icon etc which a normal user cant fix. I will email the admins

Only admins the instance where the community is hosted is able to nominate mods to a modless community.
Other instances’ admins can’t do anything about it.
