    I don’t understand. Since when can the Feds just waltz onto private property and destroy fencing on it?

    The 4th Amendment:

    The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

      The wire was put there by Texas. It’s not the property of the land owner.

      Texas is pouring on a theatrical production to say the border isn’t being controlled by the Biden administration. The Biden administration is removing the props for the theater production.

      There are other laws as well. I’m guessing but it seems likely that property purchased on the border would have some strings attached.
