You need to be a lot more specific about which market and what type of product you mean. Also, practically everything has a user interface, though there are a lot of bad ones out there. How can a market even veer towards user interfaces? Your question makes no sense.
Okay, by market l mean that interface where excessive labour would get employed and which would result in more consumer end goods.
In order to use something you need a user interface. could be a graphical one like chromium applications or could be a command interface like Curl
