A Virginia woman is taking Outback Steakhouse to court, claiming she suffered serious injuries after slipping on a pile of mashed potatoes.

Also not the Bloomin’ Onion.

The Sterling location where the fall allegedly occurred is now permanently closed, according to the chain’s website.

Yeah, probably because they store their mashed potatoes on the floor.
