I have a Sega Saturn and the controller looks just like it. It’s a typical Sega shape, starting with the Mega Drive.
The only thing you could maybe deduct is that it must be an older poster, because the Saturn was a 90’s console and this poster seems to be inspired by it.
I “collect” these consoles, or rather I hold onto them.

Nope, the overall shape matches but the Saturn had a circular d-pad and six face buttons. Your point (I assume) that it looks hopelessly retro stands.
