    I’m not necessarily for or against gun control measures as they exist currently, but wouldn’t it have been possible to dud them and keep the gift?

      Technically importing any handgun right now is a criminal offence unless Olympic exempt, thanks bill c21 😤, and I doubt Mark Carney has a Restricted Possession and Acquisition License so he couldn’t even transport the handgun to a gunsmith legally.

      I read earlier that one country is doing just that. I forget which. Maybe Belgium?
