Please name some instead of just saying it sucks just because? That’s what’s been asked, yet everything I’ve read so far other than it being proprietary are either negligible or disingenuous.
Fragmentation happens on ext4 and XFS. NTFS still has many features that other filesystems do not. Change file logging, parse points, alternate streams, transactions, BitLocker integration, and shrinkable volumes, USB change journals, etc.
Ultimately it depends on your usecase. NTFS is still a valid filesystem if you have needs that it satisfies.
