      Go for it

I’m not looking to insult anybody for their nationality. I’m just wondering if the double standard reserved for russian (insults against the rules) are now going to be applied for all americans too

        American here.

Americans are idiots. All of us are morons. I accept the insults on my nationality, even personally. Bring it. I don’t know how else to say/generalize it, because it’s true.

I’m gonna nod my head if something happens and Linus Torvalds bans us too.

Yeah. I get what you’re trying to do. You’re trying to get us to apologize because you got butt hurt over generalizations and we told you to get over it.

But, as you can see in the comments, there’s no double standard.

        Americans are fucking retarded.

        See? Nobody cares.

I don’t think either the people that OP is referring to or your post are right. There are multiple tens of millions of Americans who did not vote for that man and want no part of the hellscape.

I don’t care if it’s okay. Fuck America and all Americans who voted for Trump. I really don’t know how else to feel right now.

It would only be fair. But who cares? There was enough material before already. USA is ridiculous in its own ways, just like any nation. But they never had any sort of moral superiority, not when they enslaved all African Americans, attacked Mexico, invaded Puerto Rico, nuked Japan, bombed Germany, Korea and Vietnam, sabotaged Cuba, ruined South American democracies, supplied arms to Afghan religious fundamentalists, conquered Afghanistan, dismantled Iraq and Middle Eastern stability, aided Israel in the systematic displacement of Palestinians. This is just another low.

I’m with you on a lot of that but we had good reasons to bomb Germany and Japan.

Most Americans and Russians are great people. Unfortunately even great people can fall for propaganda.

Apparently a majority of this country has no empathy and thinks things are bad in some ways so might as well make them a lot worse.

All Americans? As in every single individual? I don’t think so. There are many who will suffer under Trump regime I’m sure.

The generalized Americans? Hell yeah. And I bet majority of the individuals I mentioned above would back it up

All americans would be wrong. Generalising, since a majority of votes were pro Trump? - Sure

Just don’t forget what you do with minorities if you generalise.

I don’t think much people said that; at most that any Russian can be forced their hand by the state.

I’d like to use it as an opportunity to openly shame the people that censored and viciously attacked those that voiced VALID criticisms of Kamala Harris.

She had an easy task: offer voters a left wing platform. What did she do? She offered a platform that was barely distinguishable from Trump’s. She promised to keep the Palestinian genocide going full steam ahead, promised not to even think about Single Payer, promised actually nothing as far as I’m concerned.
She literally could have lied and promised all kinds of things that she would never do and she didn’t even think it was necessary to do that.

It is my opinion that she either: A.) thought that running as “not Trump” would win her the Presidency.
B.) knew that it wouldn’t matter if she lost because it would allow her to raise even more funds using scaremongering tactics about Trumpism in the next election cycle.

In hindsight, democrats had a horrible strategy letting Biden run the second time. Harris didn’t have much time to present a good platform that would have been her own - she was already the VP, so she couldn’t go directly against Biden, no one would have bought that.

I think Israel/Palestine gets too much attention. An average voter wanted to hear the candidate say they’ll fix immigration and their personal finances. Harris was not terribly vocal on either (although I believe she would have done just fine on both). What Harris did was mainly obtaining celebrity endorsements, while Trump got headlines with his (arguably crazy) policies that appealed to the simpletons.
