He said he would lower the income tax rate for the bottom tax bracket by 1% and remove the carbon tax and replaced it with a carbon rebate programming for Canadians. He also said he would work with a bunch of other countries to tarrifs goods that were not up to carbon emission standards. So that together is a much stronger climate change impact than the carbon tax.
