I also didn’t get treated for my adhd until the last few years, in fact the main reason I was pulled into homeschooling is because my mother didn’t want me medicated, she’s still a fucking moron.

While I agree that being homeschooled in a religious community hindered me in a ton of ways I think the one benefit for me was not having to mask my adhd, my mental health now is better for it, but that’s a small victory in a sea of failure.
A bag of holding would be pretty sweet, barring that, an open source brain chip.
Why wouldn’t a regular replicator beat a specialized replicator?
You know it’s super easy to change your operating system right? Lol
That doesn’t invalidate the above statement, it just illustrates that he also has abhorant opinions.
Link medical studies or gtfo
That’s a pretty bad faith take, they’re just pointing out that op has an agenda as to why they are linking this specific article.
They’d just lie and say the pamphlets are twisting Jesus’ words and use that as a pretext to ban the pamphlets.
Cognitive dissonance is a helluva drug
This is basically how I got into plumbing, turns out working for a company that doesn’t snake drains makes the profession super interesting and varied such that it sated my adhd desire for novel experiences and problem solving.
I think the issue is the one-size-fits-all mentality, it leaves no room for each person to do what works best for them.
My wife’s company only rents one of the 4 floors it used to, for those who wanted to return to offices and it’s worked out perfectly, they maintain a space for necessary in office meetings, a place for presentations while only paying a fraction of their old lease.
Hard to avoid spending so much time in our cars when rent and housing prices force us to live in them.
God let Adam kill 110 billion unborn people, let them have their abortions and God can sort it out after we are all dead.
That’s a bad argument, here’s what I use, and I wear a “Jesus is Pro-choice” shirt:
if God gave Adam the choice to kill 110 billion unborn people(and also an absurd number of ‘unborn babies’) then do you think you’re better than God?
What right do you have to stop someone from making a choice God let Adam take?
From there they usually take a “so do you think we shouldn’t prosecute crimes? God made killing against the 10 commandments” stance etc etc you just need to keep going back to God doesn’t stop anyone from sinning(imo it’s still a sin but for reasons(not killing babies) that don’t matter as it’s irrelevant to being Pro-choice) so you shouldn’t either.
Any discussion of making something legal or illegal is solely on the state. It shuts up anyone who is engaging in bad faith, like our commentor above.
The issue here isn’t bias, it’s a conflict of interest.
There is only one interpretation of an event like one country invading and stealing territory from another.
Russia invaded Ukraine and stole Crimea.
Ahh, i suppose that makes sense, but it’s not like they really needed to considering prior to 2020 voters under 30 turnout was abysmal.
I was responding to the comment about the people saying democrats and republicans are the same, does no one remember Bernie-or-bust? Those people said both parties are the same, but more recently those content creators are pulling way back from defeatist mentality. It’s a good thing.
It’s my understanding one of the groups that say democrats and republicans are the same were the Bernie-or-bust crowd that sold their viewers a black pill towards voting, an example would be Kyle Kulinski, he recently spoke on how he loves biden and how biden-pilled he is.
gasp!!!
Talos Principle is one of my top games of all time and this is the first I’ve heard of it! Thanks mate!
