  • What gets me is this actually. This news of death of Henry Kissinger is nothing but a circlejerk of American’s absolving all their guilty conscious of the warmongering and general malevolent meddling in other people’s businesses and resources. As if they did anything until this asshole reached a very very generous age of 100, all while living in luxury.

The public had done nothing about these unjust warmongering and coups and insurgencies and such, maybe except the hippy times during vietnam war, and their presidents will do nothing to change the American international affairs (while having fairly different internal policies). Both the presidents and the population will keep blaming figureheads like Kissinger, possibly Blinken in the next decade and such names, while complicit in enjoying the benefits of resources acquired at the expense of 3rd world nations and their populations.

Hell after seeing how he lived till 100 in luxury despite the fact that he is such a piece of shit to a global degree, I would recommend aspiring to be such a piece of shit for luxury and power over billions of people.

  • It is hardly anyhow promising at this point. The real inflation on most economic areas were higher than 150%, as experienced by both the consumer population and the producers. Erdoğan’s ruling cabinets had lost all foreign investors’ trust completely af few years ago, and now not even his supporters believe in any positive move in the economy so as to bring down prices accordingly.

This sharp and steady increase in the central.bank interest rates in the last few months is nothing but trying to resuscitate the braindead economy with the defibrillators. This only makes it twitch momentarily, nothing more.

  • 1 and 2 were pretty good. A few cutscenes here and there and the rest is just good map design with a few scripted actions. 4 is still my most favourite Call of Duty multiplayer experience to day, but the single player campaign is so rushable even on the highest difficulty. It still has enjoyable bot butchering and cool Ac-130 and Capt. McMillian sniper missions. Gaz is still my most favourite Call of Duty character, alas deader than dead. 5 and 7 has some good cinematic experiences, like the WWII Pacific landings, jungle combat, bomber/fighter combat, CIA Vietnam memories, Russian Gulag rebellion. Plus 4 MP zombie scenarios can be pretty enjoyable. 6 has a few missions that are pretty cool, like the blackout night combats in the US cities.

Although I played up to 10, which is iirc Call of Duty Ghosts, they were mostly shit. I think back in 2018, I had learned the existence of a Call of Duty 1 expansion called United Offensive, which even at that date, after experiencing whole lotta shooters to that day like Arma 3, CSs, Battlefields, Doom, Quake, Halflife, Red Orchestra, Medal of Honor,.etc., still held up to a new fun mixed with nostalgia and fun on a game I hadn’t played before.

  • Don’t even need the damn button. Yesterday while playing some fullscreen game with critical network usage (CSGO) my windows 10 with edited group policies and registry keys to block updates just switched to the outlook from the old mail program and ran it in the foreground (behind the game).

Microsoft doesn’t give a fuck about the user consent, the settings for updates, settings for game focus, out-of-the-way advanced user controls etc. These settings don’t even need to be defaulted without consent via updates, it seems they outright don’t work.

  • Nah, if a few aliens put some nukes or worse weapons to our heads from above, maybe shoot a couple here and there, we would definitely switch within 2 weeks at most.

Or, you know, we could just phase out the politics, give some ample time for economies and a few other select business that have work on very very puctual timing, like a few years tops, the 99% of the world would switch pretty seamlessly over a week at most. The remaining 1% could just as easily keep the old year length to continue their internal businesses. Changing most things, especially if from an incorrect or arbitrary thing to a systemic one, is rather easy but hard to accept.

  • I’m starting to be believe most of these “if anyone in Gaza says this, it can’t be true” naysayers only count deaths if there are at least 3 news about every singe dead or maybe 5 Facebook posts as well. It is still not reasonable if the said news or posts don’t have blonde hair blue eyes or lined-up upper/lower torso combinations.

Matching the amount of dropped bombs to civilian density, amount of liquidifed buildings, hospital and morgue lists, lied-about shootings and airstrikes? What Hamas propaganda is this? This line of thinking is what causes governments to put chips in our brains. But not Israel government, because they are the leaders of genocide victims of 80 years ago and since they are the pet bulldog of the U.S. in the Middle East, they are definitely the good guys.

Anyway, waiting for some Israeli news agency to call the whole list of the dead BS because they found one guy in that list becoming a new resident in their 10.000 inmate prisons and some random bot calling me to eat this comment in the next 3 days.
