No kidding. Its so apparent that trump thought the threats of a tarrif would make the world kneel, once we started pushing back he panicked. Now he’s trying one thing after another to make it work and it keeps blowing up in his face. He cant admit fault or back down. He’s getting desperate.

Completely agree. Both Trudeau and Ford have said they will keep going till all tariffs are removed, good on them. I say we do the same. Personally i’ll never go back to American products if I can help it.

I agree. The only ones who are going to stop this madness is the Americans themselves. The counter- tariffs are necessary as a measured reaponse. But its the americans that are going to be the ones who have to grow up and stop this shit.

I can understand the sentiment, and I was all for it when this whole mess started, but now I think this is a terrible idea. Trump is insane and desperate, his deals are falling through and he’s desperate for a win. Giving him an excuse to call us the bad guys and escalating his actions won’t help anyone.

I agree we need to hit back, but we need to be careful in how we do it.

Start raising of oil, power and potash to compensate our losses. Keep increasing the price everytime he adds a new tarrif. Hell I would raise everytime he says ‘governor Trudeau’

Agreed. This was never about drugs, we can’t stop what isn’t happening. Trudeau bought us a month to get our shit together and prepare for the inevitable, Which we’ve done. At least we won’t be completely blindsided this time.

This issue is that Trump is an unhinged lunatic now in charge of arguably the most powerful military in the world. We would need to be careful how we push back so he doesn’t have an excuse to start an actual war. I once thought that no US President would be dumb enough to pull that trigger, but I am starting to have my doubts.
