Projecting him reaching a trillion dollars by using his average annual growth rate of >100% is ridiculous.

As much as everyone loves to shit on Facebook, it was an incredible service. When I was in the military I was able to keep up with my old friends and their lives. When I got out I was able to simply keep in touch with my old military buddies. Now it’s just dead. I’m genuinely sad that this has happened :(
Whenever I hear about a shitty judge, DA, or cop that’s where my mind jumps immediately. Once one of these people have their judgment or integrity called into question, every case they had any involvement in should also be questioned.
Whenever if feel uncool for being old I just remember that I wasn’t cool when I was younger either, so I’ve lost nothing.
Every dealership in my area has their markup at least the amount of the tax credit. More than a few have exactly the tax credit. Tax credits are supposed to help steer the market, they’re not a handout to pointless middleman.
What do you mean? There’s like 10,000 (?) years of history between replicant and automata. There’s so much that could happen. They could lean hard into the cyclic timeline theme and have literally the same story set up as automata just have it play out completely differently. Maybe an origin story for the machine lifeforms. I don’t think a direct sequel will ever happen but there’s a lot in the nier universe to explore.
I prefer potential money. Still imaginary, but “could be” money.
Isn’t what specific classified documents irrelevant to the charges? The question is whether or not trump retained classified documents after leaving the presidency. Unless the defense is going to argue that in the documents kept, none of it was actually classified, this is a dead end. Why should they get months to review trumps stockpile? It makes sense for the prosecutor to review the documents and select specific ones to establish him violating the espionage act. What would the defense expect to submit from the pile? Literally the entire pile of documents only serve to prove their clients guilt.
I’m a simple man: I see someone point out the Star Trek quote, I upvote
Just like the letter I got from trump with my pitiful little stimulus check. Did the asshole have the nerve to sign the checks too?
A patch is hard enough to hide without using a paint with a different finish. Yeah, it probably would have been fine. I’d probably be the only person to ever notice. It’s more the principal of them selling bulk paint at the end of its product life cycle with no legacy support. The guy at the counter offered to try and match it then floated just painting the entire room if I wasn’t ok with that. It just rubbed me the wrong way.
My new construction home was covered with super low quality Sherman Williams paint. Less than two years later I go to get a can to fix a patch. They discontinued my paint. Great. I had to repaint the whole room. I don’t think I’ll ever let that go.
HIPAA basically only covers healthcare providers and workers. I ran into this when the VA mailed my entire medical history to some random person. Since it wasn’t the healthcare branch of the VA, I had exactly zero recourse.
I haven’t watched cable in years. I was at a hotel once flipping through the channels and I came across the Vh1 music awards. Eminem and some other dude did a while music video showcasing board apes. It was super cringe. It’s one thing to sell out. I expect every celebrity to leverage their name for a little money. It’s a completely different story to try and promote a failed pyramid scheme.
It’s not. It started as a subreddit. There was a time when Reddit worshipped Musk. The investor-bros and technology pages would just spam articles all over Reddit about him. Anything critical about him would be buried. That’s when r/enoughmuskspam started. It was a counter community to all the musk bullshit. Then public opinion on musk changed. The name is a carry-over from Reddit.
That Supreme Court decision will be the embarrassment of our generation. Even though the constitution says nothing about a conviction, they’ll say that without a conviction he won’t reach the threshold of “insurrection.” Or maybe they’ll conveniently redefine the word insurrection. Or maybe they’ll say he didn’t technically “engage.” The possibilities are endless if you decide the verdict first and work your way back creating a legal justification.
I have a ridgeline. I’m no way do I think I’m hot shit? I’m fact, I get shit for it not being a “real” truck. Odysseys have been on back order for years. You literally can’t buy one (this may have changed recently but that was a big part of why I ended up getting the ridgeline last year). I don’t understand your statement about how it’s not useful as a truck. I regularly have to move 4x8 sheet goods and it works just fine. When I was looking at cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs you’d be surprised at how many can’t do that. It’ll tow our family tent trailer, but not much else. It moves our family of 4 and dog. I don’t need all the seats a van provided. It has a little v6, not a hybrid like the mini van. Of course it won’t get the same fuel economy. Getting more than 20 mpg is pretty good for all the utility it provides. Also the top of the line “black” edition is 50k. I think starting msrp is 38k.
The ridgeline is a step in the right direction. It is the least amount a truck that a truck can be. Every ridgeline sold is an f150 that isn’t. You picked a weird thing to be mad at.
That was definitely my impression too. More like cycling executives through positions to build their resumes.
It won’t break the laws of physics. Scientists are going to increase the speed of light in 2208.
So, I have significant hearing loss. Phone calls remove most of the lower sound frequencies that I’m able to hear well. Trying to talk to an Indian woman speaking quickly on the phone is nearly impossible. I am so happy for this change. Requiring phone calls for service is an accessibility issue.
