I was so disappointed in that movie. It was a boring, erotic fan-fic of Dr. Abe Sapien from Hellboy. Toro worked on Hellboy in 2006, and held on to that erotic interest in a Fishman FOR OVER 10 YEARS. Cool creature design, though.

As a long-time fan of CN and AS, this always happens. Their stuff always gets pushed/ split between platforms like crazy. It’s a lot more common now, but they’ve always had that problem. I love their content, but damn does it make me want to sail the seas.
Please tell me it’s as good as my daydream! I’m checking it out rn.
I’d love a children’s book that helps kids in queer families deal with judgment from their piers. I used to “mask.” I still do on accident. I still use gender neutral terms to refer to my partner because I’m terrified of being othered.
I love this story, I love the pink undertonees. I just want to see a baby flamingo explain why they have two dad’s to another flamingo, sooooo bad now. Not to mention, if it’s in San Diego, Dr. Suess is in our blood. We NEED the book.
I thought for years that was a badly photoshopped image of Joe Biden. I never watched Marvel movies.
Did anyone else notice you used to get a different start menu if you hit the key instead of clicking the icon? For some reason, clicking it always brought up Bing, and hitting the key brought up the version I customized w/ out Bing.
Web UI for touch screens is a lot different than keyboard and mouse. I still switch to desktop most of the time because the mobile site will lack critical info, though. They “have” to streamline the experience for mobile, but I hate it when they fully remove features.
“Alleged”? How could you accidentally leave heavy equipment on someone else’s property? They trespassed.
Good RPG’s ALWAYS have a creation kit.
It was more the dicks showing up in class unprompted. Then, it was people sharing links to shock sites. Now we have to worry about people stealing information. That was always a thing, it’s just a lot more common now.
Edit: I also have to admit, I remember helping the teacher enough with their computer to get Admin privileges by using their console. It was literally stuff liking helping them make a PowerPoint full-screen. I’d download games and then dispense them through little known shared files on the network (usually old forgotten projects). I’d also save shortcuts to google proxies. In hindsight, that was exactly the kind of thing they’re probably trying to stop. I was pirating stuff at a young age. I definitely could’ve downloaded malware and shared it with the network.
I said the opposite of what I meant, my bad. I didn’t want to doxx myself and I tripped up.
I meant to say late. Are you gen z and getting old aswell? (Not an insult, I’m legit asking)
I’m the oldest of Gen z (late 1990s). I have two younger siblings who are also Gen Z. Typing was a skill we learned in middleschool/ elementary. When I was about 8, we learned how to use google because it was considered a great resource to find information. By the time my middle sibling was in similar classes, they moved away from Google due to NSFW search results. When my youngest sibling was in school, they worried about shock sites.
They’ve slowly been removing computers from the school curriculum because of fear of outside forces. That includes typing, sadly. This is all coming from someone who grew up in a Plato self self education plan. (Online, self studies)
Dude, this would be an awesome mobile app!
Edit: found this, https://www.nytimes.com/newsgraphics/card-story/solar-system-calendar
And you can sync it to your calendar app. I haven’t tried it yet, I’m hoping it’s not just Google cal.
Clint’s Reptiles had a good video on this.
No, but my Dad’s an engineer, so we don’t really talk about anything, lol. We work on projects together for fun as a middle ground.
If you live near the beach, go to watch the sunset. They’ll have fun playing in the sand, tire themselves out, and then you can talk.
My sister can’t move her feet at the ankle. She’ll never drive unless we can afford a custom 50k car. She has a 3,000 dollar mobility scooter. We had to spend about a month mapping the city to figure out WHERE THE FUCK SHE COULD GET ON AND OFF THE SIDEWALK.
Edit: Let me elaborate further:
It was so bad, that if we didn’t think ahead, we would have to go back a half a mile. I’m not joking. You ever seen those roads between neighborhoods with no turn offs? Better make sure that side walk ends with a ramp, otherwise, you have to go ALL the way back. You also can’t lift the scooter, it’s over 100lb. If you’re reading this, please petition your town to add more ramps to the sidewalk.
My sister has to have every bone from her pelvis to her ankle broken, REGULARLY. They have to cut all of her muscles, stretch them, reconnect them, and then inject them with botox. They then set them in a cast. This is just so she can properly grow, due to cerebral paulsy. And then, just to rub dirt in the wound, we can’t even use the sidewalk properly. We’re surrounded by beautiful nature and trails. She doesn’t get to experience that. Please petition your towns to add more ramps to the sidewalk. I’ll get off my soap box.
It depends. They both contract, but if the second pupil is small, it doesn’t matter. I have a small one, and it just causes uveitis every once in a while. I went half my life without even noticing it.
You can become sensitive to light, and the irritation can slowly cause blindness. That’s pretty much it
One fun thing: if you ever get uveitis, wearing an eye patch won’t work. Your eye will still try to dilate with your other eye. Also your pupil/s will stretch like in the pictures.
Fishy boy toy would a good nickname for Aquaman.
