I would probably bet that the next steam deck will be made by AMD or Intel unless something major changes in 2028. The new Intel CPUs are super power efficient, and the AMD CPUs later this year are planned to be similar.

The annoying thing though is that all the random blogs on the web are written with using these LLMs now. You’re basically being bottlenecked by your phone’s CPU, and by high latency in a single-threaded task.

They’re already charging comparible amounts as Netflix but they don’t do half the things that Netflix does. $750 at $10/month is over 6 years. That’s more than double what is reasonable. If I pay for 3 years of software development, shouldn’t I be allowed to keep the software?
