He could, essentially, decriminalize it himself, right now. Spoiler: He won’t.

Even better, if others join in, gives time to save money and get resources lined up for supporters.
Good luck with this post. This sub is the worst now. Trolls all over the place, downvoting facts and just flat out lying.
I wouldn’t try and argue with people who don’t understand. https://insideevs.com/news/651978/world-top-ev-oem-sales-2022q4/. Tesla sells more BEV’s than anyone else. Anyone who says Tesla has competition now is completely uniformed or purposely trolling. VW and BYD are the closer ones, globally. In the US, no one comes close.
What exciting EV alternative can I buy right now for the same price as the model 3, that offers everything Tesla does?
Ioniq 5, more expensive, no supercharger network. Mach E, more expensive, no supercharger network (yet). BMW i4, more expensive, no supercharger network. EV6, more expensive, no supercharger network.
I honestly don’t get where people get their information from and just pull shit out of their ass. If you want a new EV with fast charging, you can’t beat a model 3.
Let me add a little bit more context. Tesla can’t even meet their current demand. Currently, no automaker can. They are all battery constrained. Everyone is rushing to build plants and mines, just to scale up. The demand for EVs is there, but no one is building more because the batteries aren’t available.
People have been saying this for years now. This site is something else. Top posts related to climate change while at the same time bashing Tesla, the number one producer of EVs and arguably the reason why all automakers are now making the transition to clean energy. All of this because the CEO is a fucking horrible person. Guess what? Almost every product you have in your home or have ever used came from a company that had a terrible human being as their CEO. Tesla’s sales have been growing each year. They’re building a new plant in Mexico. A few decades? So, 30 years from now? Wow, what a ballsy prediction. /s You could, literally, insert any company’s name in there. If climate change goes as predicted, Tesla being around will be the least of everyone’s worries.
Not competitive, lol. They sell more EVs than anyone. Almost 1/4 million a quarter.
It’s not hidden though. Everyone who has sat in my model 3 for the first time has always accidentally used the manual release when getting out. It’s weird people would buy a vehicle and not educate themselves on it. I’ve never bought a car without spending lots of time researching.
My work did the opposite and forced everyone in at least 3 days a week. Shit sucks. You can’t reason with (most) old white dudes.
Not to mention they surveyed 5000 out of 4+ million Tesla owners. I’m sure those numbers are reflective of the rest. /s
Even more hilarious if they bought at the high price points of last year and are trying to sell now. Probably lost $20k if you did that.
Strange. We’ve got a 2019 SR+, 70k miles and it’s been flawless. I’ve only replaced the tires and the updates have actually added features. Y’all need to stop reading some of these anti-ev articles. You will always have a minority of vehicle owners complaining about whichever one they bought. Tesla isn’t any worse than others. Hell, here’s a recall from Dodge and they’ve been building vehicles a lot longer. https://www.msn.com/en-us/autos/autos-trucks/nhtsa-investigates-ram-1500-sudden-power-steering-loss-in-11m-trucks/ar-AA1f5hb4
Someone point me in the direction of an EV that’s better in terms of price and performance. I hate Musk, but this anti-tesla shit is ridiculous to me. I’d buy another one because the CEO of a car company isn’t the reason for my car purchase. How people can’t separate that is so strange to me. Capitalism sucks, but what other car company is transitioning us away from fossil fuels better and quicker? Fuck Musk, but Tesla has the right mission statement. Without them, EVs would still be another few decades away
They can recycle 99% of the battery. You can crush it, separate and reuse. It’s actually pretty cool. Don’t know why you’d want to swap batteries that last for over 300,000 miles and soon to probably last longer than the car itself.
I’ll never get FSD until 3rd parties confirm it does just that. I don’t see it happening for another 20 years. But Auto-Pilot, that thing is life changing, IMO. Highway trips are so much better and now that I’ve owned an EV for the last 4 years, I’m never going back to gas. I think Tesla’s are actually great cars, if you get a decent built one. There’s a reason they’re selling over a million a year now.
Yes it does. I would be extremely happy if I owned 100 acres of land, owned an indoor pool, hot tub, insert whatever thing you want. Seems to me like money would LITERALLY buy me happiness.
