The only thing you need to say is “my ISP uses CGNAT” you can’t host anything or run games for your friends without a way to punch through the CGNAT layer. I mean you could use IPv6 if it weren’t still a joke in the US but here we are.

I think the trope From Cataclysm to Myth actually fits better. It even says in the description "Cousin to Earth All Along, but a premise or a plot twist rather than a Twist Ending. "
You’d be surprised. I had some security devices that I was actively using get shut down simply because some paperwork didn’t get filled out properly and the data center team claimed they had no documentation on them.
Hey do you know what enforcement is written into the ADA? We’ll, I’ll just tell you. There isn’t any. It’s up to the individual who is denied access to sue the establishment to get them to comply with a law that’s now 30+ years old.
Then they just do what we did when our parents wouldn’t let us watch TV. Go over to a friend’s house and do it there.
Malt-o-meal cereals are better than most others and you can get a giant bag that lasts forever. Also Costco’s store brand Kirkland is consistently rated at the top for quality. I remember one article in particular where Kirkland’s olive oil was the only one not cut with soybean or other vegetable oils.
Teamcraft can’t sniff the connection in the sandbox to update my inventory amounts automatically. UNPLAYABLE (/s for non-crafters)

You want to know about space, you ask NASA
It has to do with apparent size of the sun and moon. The sun is 400 times wider than the moon and coincidentally 400 times further away, so they look the same size. With no other reference points as to how big each object is, we perceive them to be the same distance.
Way back in the 1950s some guy had the same observation you did. He came up with an idea for a book that would solve disputes over trivia by bar patrons. 70 years later the Guinness Book of World Records has over 22,000 entries in their database.
This just ignores the reason that corporations exist in the first place, to shield people from personal liability. There is a mechanism by which you can go after that called “piercing the corporate veil” but it is an extremely high bar to hit.
Just because there are a lot of rules doesn’t make something chaotic in this system. The lawful-chaotic axis is a spectrum of how much of a stickler for the rules you are. YAML’s “one whitespace out of place and your whole config is fucked” attitude puts it squarely into lawful territory. JSON by contrast gives no shits about your file structure as long as your curly braces match.
I honestly think that JSON and YAML should be swapped due to YAML’s strict indentation rules whereas you can just pack an entire JSON object on one line.
They do, there is a wide range of genetic tests done on newborns. Mostly looking for rare genetic diseases that need treatment from birth. https://www.genome.gov/genetics-glossary/Newborn-Genetic-Screening
I picked up this one about 6 mo ago and it’s been fantastic. My favorite controller by far. I’m waiting for them to make joycons and they’ll be an immediate buy.
Yep that’s called a Terry stop after the SCOTUS case that made it legal everywhere.
No it’s 10G, so much higher than 5G. The only thing better would be 11G.
“take your reputation anywhere you want on the Internet.”
How is this supposed to work exactly? Does any other site care about your reddit karma?
If you’re on a kernel newer than 5.6 (which is almost 5 years old now so you should be) you already have 64-bit time.
