Maybe I’m just attracted to rule breaker threads. <3

Not so much in this Lemmy, other ones really.

Lately in all of the lemmys like each time I go to look at my replies (if I ever get one), the reply, my comment, and the thread are all gone. I’m often thinking it’s mods just nuking threads because of inflammation or whatever.

The wild part is in sweeping elections Britian just chose the party behind Brexit (Reform). Which is basically the GOP of Britian. Brexit actually caused a massive influx of immigrants and this party ran on getting rid of immigrants. Can’t make it up, they’re making the same exact mistake America just made 2 years prior.

I’ve definitely used it and helped me learn and accomplish things I wouldn’t have otherwise since I am not professionally a programmer. But whipping up something custom that works for our organization with the bare minimum security bolted onto the front. Even if it does take 3 hours to walk through the hallucinations before I learn the concept of what I was trying to do through its attempts and get it setup.

I’m not ready to make a push to a repo yet haha. An important life skill is recognizing what you do not know.

RECENTLY?? Did you not see the 2 years of, “Biden incompetent because old, Kamila incompetent because woman” articles? It’s blatantly been run by, or at least edited by, conservatives just based on the open front and center messaging. All legacy media is seemly operated by Republicans constantly thrashing the left and empowering the right. Making the left comfortable with openly supporting the fascist right has been their number 1 goal for the last several years.

Honestly if both lemmy and reddit can keep calling it out that would be great. Let 9gag become the toxic dumping ground.
