Question, do you have to write a person’s legal name or will it understand “Pumpkin Spice Hitler”?
Per the rules as written I’m going to say no. A person would have to go by a written name at the very least.
You have to use the target’s real name. This is why Light couldn’t just kill “L”, being known only by a pseudonym kept him safe.
Has to be their real name. In the case of those who had their names legally changed that’s something I’m not sure if the rules addressed.
