For example: I don’t believe in the axiom of choice nor in the continuum hypothesis.
Not stuff like “math is useless” or “people hate math because it’s not well taught”, those are opinions about math.
I’ll start: exponentiation should be left-associative, which means a^b should mean b×b×…×b } a times.
Some school shooting victims deserved it.
Kids who get treated well by everyone don’t bring weapons to school. It’s the ones who get bullied, ostracized, deliberately excluded, etc that turn violent. And when they go for revenge, they go for someone who deserved it.
Tf this has to do with math??
2 things. First: This isn’t a math related unpopular opinion.
Second: what the actual fuck is wrong with you? Yeah I get kids can be shitty toward each other, and there are entirely too many times that shittiness gets so far out of hand that the consequences are dire but no person, especially children, “deserves” death. I know what it’s like to be on the receiving end of bullying, it sucks. A lot. It’s lonely and isolating. But that’s not a reason to kill others.
Please replace your carbon monoxide detector batteries
You think people in pain are mentally ill? YOU get help.
You think people who are experiencing carbon monoxide poisoning are “mentally ill”?
Poisoning is an illness, so technically…
Nobody deserves to die for bullying, certainly not minors. I understand this is probably not the space for a debate but I would caution you against this mentality. It’s not just unpopular, it’s very dangerous
Based on what grounds? Some of your ideas are dangerous too, but I’m not telling you what to think. Do you think you’re the main character? This isn’t about you.
…I’m not really sure how you got to where you did with that? Are you responding to the wrong person?
