    What were the products? Is this a delta 8 or other cannabinoid thing or a delta-9 by volume thing? I guess a blanket ban would eliminate CBD products and everything. Bummer. No surprise though. Kentucky leans very conservative and a bunch of counties are still dry (even though there’s huge bourbon producers there).

      Go figure. Conservative politicians don’t mind making alcoholic beverages, it gets them tax dollars

      They’re just not going to allow people there to enjoy these things. You can be damned sure these politicians have good bottles of bourbon somewhere in their homes,but again: rules for thee, not for mee

        Did you know moral panics are the reason why weed was banned in the first place. If you thought America wasn’t the absolute biggest modern day racists learn the real reason weed was made illegal.

      If it’s like Texas, it was the .3% thc hemp rule that we used here to skirt the delta9 bans. Starting Semptember 1st, every thc product or synthetic alternative will be banned. CBD must be 0% thc content to be legal. I hate this place.
