I love trains so much.
Ok libs way to get triggered by problems the incredibly smart AI programmers at Tesla will figure out in a matter of weeks, months most.
The ROBOTS didn’t fail here and you would know that if you were as smart as I am.
What failed was Elon Musk does not understand that trains exist and thus neither are his cars allowed to. This isn’t OUR fault ok? Rules are rules.
Evidence: see hyperloop
Aren’t they basically suicide booths at this point?
With extra steps.
Tesla stock holders: “Bullish!”
Everyone else: “But why though?”
peak transport crushing tech-bro garbage the symbolism is as subtle as a brick through a dealership window
Stop. Driver, in Tesla, shall be supervising “Self-Drive Mode” (level 2 assistance BTW) at any time.
I hope they have good insurance, driver to blame here.Shouldn’t a self-driving car be, you know, trained to recognize things it shouldn’t automatically drive on? Like train tracks? Wonder how you’re going to blame the passenger when the robotaxi does this.
Nah, Tesla advertises it with a wink and a nod that it’s actually full self driving.
What type of insurance covers destruction of car by deliberate driver choice?
Sadly thats legally correct.
I really would love if tesla had to pay for something like this.
Its not even the first to drive on tracks
