Seems to be a federation problem with lemmy.org. These posts (and the user posting them) have all been removed/deleted.

Again? I saw one of these attacks a few weeks ago that got sorted out rather fast but nothing since.

If you’re not seeing anything newer than 13 days ago (re: your link you’ve posted twice), I’d say that’s the real problem. Both those comms are pretty active.
FWIW, I’m on dbzer0, but I browse /all and I’ve never seen porn in Piracy and Flippanarchy.
FWIW also, I also block people who post dick pics. I’m fine with people who post dick pics in gay/male NSFW subs (I’ll just block the sub, problem solved), but anywhere else, I don’t wanna see your dick and I will block the user immediately.
