how does it track payment? does it track your car the whole time you’re on that road, and auto-bill you or auto-deduct from a setup account?

Right now, it’s just a quarter mile test section. Don’t know either way, but they may not be charging for the initial proof of concept.
Ah, thanks. Makes sense to use on highways, but a small road like 14th ave downtown? Idk about that, hopefully its just for testing
