They spend way too much time talking about U.S. Politics

    Yes, how dare a Canadian news site reports on the politics of the enormously powerful country we share a border with. They should know that nothing that happens in America has ever affected Canadians.

      I think what OP is complaining about is the use of the term “Senate” without clarifying that it’s in fact the United States Senate. Although it’s pretty clear from context if you know anything about world affairs.

      A Canadian public broadcaster should use the term to refer to the Senate of Canada, unless specified otherwise. I don’t think we should have a Senate, but we do, and as long as we do that is The Senate.

      Why do they have to report on Texas politics?

      Shouldn’t they report primarly on US States such as Maine, Washington, or Montana ?
