There are a few that I have come across, but they don’t actually taste like bourbon. The ones I have found and tried are 51% corn and 49% barley. Because of the high barley content it tastes more like Canadian whisky than American bourbon.
Most of my bourbon consumption was for old fashioneds, so my replacement for that has been 100% rye whisky. Lot 40 and Canadian Club, specifically.
Bourbon is my go-to spirit. I haven’t bought a bottle in 16 months.
