    Maybe I’m getting old, but given the choice, at this point I’d choose neck and/or shoulders.

    Don’t get me wrong, I’d be happy with whatever, but given the choice, I’d say relief over release.

      Usually, people outside the anglosphere don’t think about how an American is going to read their name or if they’re going to find it funny.

        I assume it goes both ways - i.e. there are other countries who laugh at some American names due to how they sound in their local language. It’s just human nature - whether it’s just for the humor, or to ridicule & act condescending will depend upon the individuals involved.
